1. Accounts and Registration

The user (whether a company, technician, or customer) must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating the account. The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his access data and password.

2. Product Orders and Auctions

Danol acts as a broker and technology platform connecting businesses and customers. All transactions, competitive offers and auctions made through the platform are subject to control to ensure seriousness, and the management has the right to cancel any order or auction in the event that it is found that there is manipulation or incorrect information.

3. Delivery and Shipment Tracking Policy

Registered companies are obliged to ship orders on time and provide accurate tracking numbers and status. The customer can follow the status of their shipment directly via the “Shipment Tracking” service available on the platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks and technical texts displayed on the Danol Platform are intellectual property protected by laws, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
